You are able to visit the Vocal web site without being a subscriber and without disclosing any Personal Information, but we will require some Personal Information if you wish to use any of our Subscription or Contract based. By accessing and using the Website you are agreeing to be legally bound by the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Vocal continually enhances its procedures and technology to protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access, loss and destruction. Communications via the Internet, such as e-mails, are not secure unless they have been encrypted. As such, Vocal is unable to accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of Personal Information that is beyond its control. Your information is stored by Vocal in secure, password protected, databases, so that no other users have access to your account information. We strongly recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Vocal will never ask for your password in any unsolicited correspondence.

To allow you to carry information across pages of the Website and avoid having to re-enter information. To help us recognise you as a unique visitor (just a number) when you return to the Website and to allow us to tailor content, details and the presentation of the Website to match your preferences. To compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users use the Website and to help us improve the structure of the Website. We cannot identify you personally in this way.
